Also what is it's full muster of functions? i.e. flash player, game capability, phone etc.

A: It runs Pocket PC 2002. It has both CF and SD slots, so you can use wifi and bluetooth adapters mostly without point as long as they are compatible. No 3G network, though.
But to cut...
1.does anyone distinguish if a 4gb SDHC memory card would work on it
